2. Hosting and website delivery
This website is provided through Netlify. The provider is Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is technically requested, the hosting provider processes connection and log data required for delivery, stability and security.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically efficient provision of the website. Where Netlify processes data on our behalf, this is governed by the provider’s contractual data-protection arrangements. For transfers to the USA, Netlify refers to its participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, appropriate contractual safeguards.
We do not maintain separate additional storage of server log files outside the infrastructure provided by the hosting provider. Retention periods depend on the technical purpose and the provider’s requirements.
3. Contact by phone or email
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request and communicate with you. This may include your name, contact details, the content of your request and any vehicle or order information necessary to process it.
Where your request concerns entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases it is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Data is deleted once it is no longer required for the relevant purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. WhatsApp and social-media links
The website contains ordinary external links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. These services are not embedded as social-media feeds or tracking widgets. A connection to the relevant provider is established only when you deliberately open the corresponding link. From that point, the privacy policies and technical terms of the respective external provider apply.
5. Cookies, analytics and marketing
This website currently does not use its own analytics or marketing services such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. No maps, videos or social-media feeds are embedded. Therefore, the current technical version does not use a consent banner for non-essential tracking technologies. If the technical setup is expanded later, this privacy policy must be updated before such services are activated and a consent solution must be implemented where required.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is disclosed to service providers or other recipients only where necessary for the relevant purpose, where a legal basis exists or where you initiate the disclosure yourself. Netlify hosting may involve processing in the USA. When you deliberately open external links, the respective providers may process data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent with effect for the future. You can exercise your rights by contacting us using the details above.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
Under Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. For businesses established in Lower Saxony, the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony is in particular the competent authority.
